I have always have had a deep appreciation of chocolate, all things food, art, and science.

My favorite combination is sweet and salty, so it makes sense that's my signature flavor!

Only premium, genuine chocolates are used in my recipes (no candy wafers here)!

From chocolate dipped potato chips to caramel chocolate truffles and savory popcorn, all items are made thoughtfully with high quality ingredients
